Micha is a serial entrepreneur and digital expert, most recently with the AI-driven real estate disruptor Movesta. A natural-born growth hacker, Micha honed his skills with a team of ex-Googlers at digital marketing pioneer Precis Digital, where he led the UK market expansion.

As an X North partner, Micha advises portfolio companies on marketing strategy, go-to-market and maximizing digital presence.

Marcus left the management fasttrack at Microsoft and together with his co founders created the Employee experience platform Populum. After running their own bootstrap playbook for Saas startups, Populum was acquired by norwegian platform company CatalystOne.

Marcus is a swiss army knife of startup knowledge and B2B Saas with the obvious focus on client experience and customer success.

Jéromine is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in startup and large tech environments. As Head of Strategy and Sales Operations at Google Cloud and former Einride RevOps lead, Jérmoine has deep understanding of challenges and opportunities facing high-growth companies.

With 10 years of experience at top business law firm Roschier, Johan went on to establish his own practice, JG Advisory & Stories. Currently he serves as Head of Legal at the knowledge management company Stravito.

Johan's expertise spans M&A, legal frameworks, and startup essentials, including IP management and structuring employee equity programs.

As Head of Communications and member of the Executive Leadership team at Northvolt, Jesper helped scale the company from a small team of 10 employees to over 4,000 people. By that virtue, it’s safe to say that Jesper has seen and done it all - and he is currently putting it to work as VP Communications & Public Affairs at legal AI startup Legora.
